Apply fertiliser containing high potassium levels to encourage flowering, move the plant to a brighter position.
Strong light, low humidity, underwatering and/or over-fertilising.
Solution
Increase the humidity in room, particularly if it is artificially heated, by misting the leaves daily with water. Alternatively, rest the pot on gravel within a saucer of water. Water more regularly and/or reduce the frequency of fertiliser.
