For broad beans, no pods can be as a result of cool conditions or lack of bees for pollination
Solution: Cool weather will encourage flowering and pod set. Plant bee attracting plants in the garden
For other beans, hot conditions can reduce pod numbers
Solution: In warm areas try sowing beans during cooler spring and autumn months.
