A collection of bold-coloured peppers in a range of interesting shapes and sizes. The bright, grassy flavour of green capsicums is contrasted with delicate-tasting orange, vivid purple, and rich, sweet red peppers. Perfect to add a bit of visual magic to salads, or roasted to really concentrate the flavours.
