Plump, cherry-red globes with crisp white flesh. Ideal salad variety. Quick and easy to grow. Great for children's gardens.
Choose a Sunny, well-drained spot in the garden. Dig soil well and add Yates Thrive Natural Blood & Bone before planting. Form a groove about 1cm deep into the moist soil. Place the tape flat in the bottom of the groove (remember the tape can be cut to any length) and lightly cover. Keep well watered. Allow 10cm between rows. Thin young plants if necessary.
Apply Yates Thrive All Purpose Soluble Plant Food regularly and keep seedlings well watered. Make successive sowings every few weeks. Protect from snails and slugs.
Harvest while roots are young and tender. Mulch well to retain even soil moisture.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct Sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
