Tatsoi is a tangy, versatile green, delicious served raw, lightly steamed or sautéed. Try wilting the leaves with a warm dressing (use it just like spinach), or add them to a soup at the end of cooking.
Sow direct into the garden or in pots. Cover with Yates Black Magic Seed Raising Mix, firm down and keep moist.
Grow in Sun or semi-shade. Enrich soil with organic fertiliser (Yates Thrive Natural Blood & Bone is ideal) before planting. Feed plants regularly. Continuous harvest promotes new growth. Protect plants from snails and slugs.
Pick leaves from early stages. Plants will continue to grow and can be repeat harvested.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct Sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
