Lavenders are definately one of my favourite flowers. It seems like its not just me that likes them either, this bumblebee couldn't decide which flower to land on first.
This year I gave the lavender a one minute prune with the line trimmer. I wasn't too sure how the rough treatment would go, but it seems like it worked a treat.
We have been putting lavender into the nest boxes for the chickens. Hopefully, it will relax them as they lay and might encourage someone to go clucky. Hoping for some cute, little chickens this spring.
