Growing Grass With Grass

Corn is a grass, or so they say.

Figured it would grow in much the same way.

So dug me some trenches for growing our corn.

Nice little rows in a patch of the lawn!

So corn when it starts, grows just like the grass...

This idea would not make me top of the class!

Out with the mower taking good care...

To not cut the corn that was precariously near.

Will it grow well or will it give up and die.

At least we can say that we gave it a try.
