Our greenhouse is up and the first lot of shelves are in. It all looks so clean and tidy and a little lifeless at present.
I took the opportunity to get our tomatoes in today. Recently I tidied up our seeds and there were a few packets that I don't remember buying or ever growing before so we have 8 different varieties this year. There are so many different varieties now to choose from.
The winner last year for us was a bicolor beefsteak that was orange and red. Haven loved them. We also had some yellow cherry tomatoes that didn't need staking and they really produced for us.
Hoping for a big crop this year so we can preserve some and make a lot of chilli relish.
