Recipe tried … Asparagus and Broad Bean tips. Blanched first and then fried in a little butter with salt. It was delicious!
I stole 4 asparagus out of the bed that I am not supposed to be harvesting from, and about a dozen tips out of the broad beans – to make a side of greens for 2.
I think I prefer this to the actual broad beans.
