the rain has been so good this year, last year at this time we were in a drought, this year the rain has been every week ,dug up some new potatoes what a good crop this year,
my fav recipe is boiled with a little salt, drain, nob of butter and add finley diced fresh mint toss lighly so yummy add to any meal
